After working at a Ford Dealership near Las Vegas as the internet manager, Gaydon left Ford and followed an entrepreneurial spirit that has taken him to this point. January 1, 2007 Gaydon started the company now known as Innovation Simple with a few ideas and a few thousand bucks. Innovation Simple has grown steadily each year and now services clients all over the US as well as other countries.

Not many people in their 40’s can say that they have over 30 years of sales/marketing experience, but Jeff Fargo is one of them. Beginning at the age of six, Jeff’s Dad brought him to Flea Markets and Gun shows, selling pocket knives out of showcases, of which Jeff was compensated on a 100% commission basis. Jeff comes from Canandaigua, NY (20 Minutes South of Palmyra), and is the third generation of a family that once controlled 80% of all Commercial Lakefront Property along the lucrative North Shore of Canandaigua Lake. Jeff’s family had a diverse real estate portfolio; ranging from an Amusement Park, Banquet Facility, Student Housing, and Raw Land that was debt-free.

A resident of Southern Utah since 2005, Jeff utilized his sales and marketing skills as an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial KGA specializing in office, retail, hospitality sales, and leasing. With the downturn of the real estate market, Jeff went back to his hospitality roots and was the General Manger of “Scaldoni’s”, and then he helped launch “Made in Brazil” for the Wade Family. In 2009 Jeff and his wife, Becky, purchased a half acre of property in Santa Clara, and started up “Fargo’s Drive-Thru,” now a Southern Utah destination, Fargo’s recently won a record Eight Readers Choice Awards, in the July 2011 issue of St. George Magazine’s “Best of” awards, all from good food and even better marketing.

Keen is an entrepreneur at heart, so he understands businesses and their needs. Keen is an attorney, and he has been actively involved in business, real estate, asset protection, and corporate law for nearly two decades. Mr. Ellsworth attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he was on the Law Review. He graduated in 1993 and was admitted to practice law in Nevada later that same year. He is also admitted to practice law in Arizona. While in law school, Mr. Ellsworth authored the article “Utah Limited Liability Companies: The Ugly Ducklings”, which was published in the BYU Law Review, No. 4, 1994. Mr. Ellsworth is one of the founding members of 2 successful law practices in the western US.

Previously, Keen sat on the Las Vegas Planning Commission and Clark County’s Committee on Community Priorities (created to assist the County with its budgetary deficits). Keen is also a mediator on the Foreclosure Mediation Panel, which was created by the Nevada Legislature to help deal with the foreclosure crisis facing many of Nevada’s residents and financial institutions.
