When writing a press release do not include an e-mail address in the body of a press release because it will be written over with a message to indicate that the address has been protected from spam bots. The reason press release companies do this is to protect their service and customers from spammers and those harvesting e-mails. The contact information at the bottom of a press release is where you should put your e-mail.

Titles and Summaries in Press Releases
